Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EuroPlanner (“the Service”), a web application provided by Addify AB, a company incorporated in Sweden (“Addify”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

EuroPlanner helps individuals track days spent in European countries, monitor the Schengen 90/180-day rule, follow 183-day tax-residency thresholds, store travel-document reminders and receive optional email alerts. The Service is a planning and reminder tool only. It does not constitute legal, tax, immigration or financial advice.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
  • engage in fraud, spam, phishing or impersonation;
  • infringe our or any third party’s intellectual property rights;
  • interfere with the security or availability of the Service, including probing, scraping, denial-of-service attacks or introducing malware;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law;
  • resell, redistribute or circumvent any usage limits or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these Terms.

4. Intellectual property

Addify AB owns all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, designs, documentation, branding and content created by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal purposes in accordance with your selected plan.

You retain ownership of any data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and back up that data solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Payments, subscriptions and renewals

Premium access is sold as an annual subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically every year unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We may change pricing by giving notice before your next renewal.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or accurate. Day counts, threshold warnings and document reminders are informational; border authorities, tax agencies and other officials may apply rules differently. Always confirm your obligations with the relevant authority or a qualified adviser.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Addify AB’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business interruption, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud, death or personal injury).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay when due, or create a security or fraud risk.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
